Please use the UPLOAD function to transfer a copy of your receipt.
Please note: The Parts and Service department will open a case on
your warranty claim. No action will be taken on your case until your receipt has been validated. Copies of your receipt must be clear enough to be read by our staff. It must also clearly show
the retailer name, the item purchased, and the date it was purchased.
We do not accept credit card statements as proof of purchase. If you have a damaged product please included pictures of
the damage(s). Claims without pictures may experience delayed processing time.
