Gracious Living has a warranty policy with each retailer that carries our product. Therefore, if parts are missing or broken, you should go back to the retailer where the item was purchased and present your receipt as proof of purchase to obtain replacement parts. Further to that, you can email your questions or comments using our Contact Us menu. Replacement parts can also be ordered directly from us. Please be sure to include the item number, product color, the reason for your request, complete mailing address and telephone number. We may request a proof of purchase. A replacement and shipping charge may also apply.

The storage organization systems are modular systems allowing you to easily add or remove drawers to build a storage tower specific for your needs. The frames can be gently pulled apart and assembled into a new configuration. Additional drawers can be purchased using our Contact Us menu.

We recommend cleaning your resin, aluminum or steel furniture with mild soap and warm water. Do not use abrasive materials or cleansers. Be sure to drain any water accumulated inside the frames before storing for the winter. Furniture should be stored away inside or away from the elements. Minor spills on cushions and slings can be wiped cleaned using mild soap and a damp cloth. Although the fabric has been treated against stains, over time you may have to use commercially available cleaners. The best way to maintain the beauty of your cushions or slings for years is to store them away in a dry area out of the elements, or cover them with commercially available furniture covers when not in use. Glass tabletops should also be cleaned using mild soap and water or commercially available glass cleaners. It is also recommended that the umbrella be removed from the table when not in use.

Our distinctive Garden Furniture features heavy gauge steel or aluminum frames ensuring that our furniture remains durable for the life of your furniture. Our multi-stage powder coating process, which includes chemically cleaning and preparing the frames, ensures that each frame will remain durable for the life of your furniture. The frames are then covered in our specially formulated powder coat finish available in a variety if colors and textures. This process ensures a long-lasting finish on each table and chair.

Ultraviolet stabilizers have been added to the resin mix to resist the sun’s radiation, which causes fading and cracking. Follow these tips to keep your furniture looking like brand new:

· Wash furniture with mild soap and water and rinse thoroughly
· Store furniture indoors or away from the elements when not in use, especially during the winter months
· Remove the umbrella from the table when not in use

Gracious Living’s banquet tables are made of high-impact resin which is stronger and more durable than wood. The resin tabletop is stain and fade resistant and also easy to clean. These tables are perfect for indoor and outdoor use. The steel legs provide a strong and durable foundation.
