| Why does the consumer wait until they are ready to begin their project to open the box? |
- They should always open it and check it to ensure that all parts are enclosed - as soon as possible.

| Why does the consumer put off returning their product to the retailer (for whatever reason)? |
- They wait until the retailers return policy has expired and then call us expecting us to "fix it" and it's often not to the consumers liking. Reason being we do not have the same product to send them, so they get angry at us.

| What are your office hours and where are you located? |
- Our offices are open from 8.30am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. We are located 7200 Martin Grove Road Woodbridge. Major intersections include Steeles and Martingroove travelling North on Martingroove or Highway 7 and Martingrove travelling South on Martingroove.

| I have lost my manual, what can I do? |
- You can download some manuals from our website. Please visit Product Manuals page to view our manuals.

| How long do I have to wait before I receive my parts order? |
- As a general rule, parts ship within 48 hours of the parts department receiving an order.

| How can I pay for my order? |
- We accept Visa or Master Card and all orders are processed through our Corporate Office at Gracious Living in Woodbridge ON.

| Do I need my sales receipt to have product covered by warranty? |
- It is Gracious Living Corporate policy that the original purchaser's sales receipt be provided as proof of purchase.

| Can I purchase your Gracious Living products directly over the phone? |
- You can't purchase our products over the phone. If the consumer lives within a comfortable driving distance from us they can visit our warehouse store - however we do not advertise. Otherwise please look at our Where To Sop section for retailers need you.
